CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – 23. FEBRUARY 2021
Updated Coronavirus advice has been received from the Ramblers which can be viewed using the following link:
It has been a long time since we have been able to go out walking in some of Britain’s most beautiful countryside and I am sure you are all missing it as much as we are. No one knows how much longer this lock-down is going to last or how long we will have to wait until we can book coaches and go out with large groups again.
As you may know, Merseyside HF Ramblers took the decision not to ask you to pay to renew your membership fee for this year and hopefully by the time we need to collect for 2022 we will be able to meet and be going on regular walks once more. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Wishing you every happiness and good health for the coming year.
Hon. General Secretary
Do you enjoy being out in the fresh air….?
Appreciate the wonderful countryside around….?
Enjoy the company of active, like-minded friends….?
Then why not join us on one of our weekend walks?
Each weekend we have a programme of walks to suit all ages, levels and abilities.
From beginners to more experienced walkers you can try some of our walks and find your own level.
Led by experienced guides, all you have to do is enjoy yourself!
Don’t worry about having the ‘right kit’ – we can advise.
Our Sunday walks take in the Lake District, North Wales, the Peak District and the Yorkshire Dales to name just a few.
Don’t worry about transport, we arrange a coach to pick-up and drop-off at convenient locations.
Saturday walks are more of a ‘ramble around the locality’ and walkers normally share transport. Once a month there is also a longer trip by coach.
Then why not join us on one of our upcoming walks:
Saturday – ALL WALKS POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Sunday – ALL WALKS POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
